Job summary

Chemical Guys seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to act as the embedded strategic HR partner for four corporate functions: Sales, Marketing & Brand, Finance & Operations, and IT. You will manage the day-to-day people agenda, drive performance and retention, and support firmwide programs under the CHRO.

You will lead the rollout of compensation, onboarding, and a structured performance management process, and ensure policy alignment and compliant practices across all client groups.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 4 years as a true HRBP (not TA).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Supported multiple client groups concurrently.
• Rolled out HR programs to the business (comp, performance, or onboarding).
• Supported commercial / sales orgs.
• California employment law proficiency.
• Strong ER and investigation fundamentals.
• PE-backed or high-growth company experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive partnership to four corporate functions: Sales, Marketing & Brand, Finance & Operations, IT.
• Lead performance & development rollout and coach managers on performance.
• Own Employee Relations and compliance, including investigations and policy training.
• Partner on talent acquisition strategy and requisition management.
• Drive retention and engagement through stay interviews and actionable insights.
• Support compensation framework rollout and onboarding program execution.
• Contribute to Company-wide People & Culture strategy and implementation.
