Job summary

Marki Microwave, Inc. is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with engineering, operations and manufacturing leadership in Morgan Hill, CA.

You will own workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and employee relations while handling full-cycle recruiting for the assigned sector. Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, you’ll drive workforce analytics, compliance, and AI-enabled HR improvements to reduce manual tasks and boost strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as HRBP or generalist.
• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Knowledge of U.S. and California employment law.
• Experience with HRIS and ADP is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders in Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount planning.
• Own full-cycle talent acquisition for the assigned sector.
• Coach managers on performance, promotions, and career development.
• Design programs to improve onboarding, culture, and employee experience.
• Maintain HR metrics and compliance; support AI-enabled HR tools.
