You will work closely with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business priorities, blending advisory and hands-on execution across organizational design, talent acquisition, and rewards. The role demands a seasoned HR professional with 10+ years of experience in financial services or related fields, strong analytics, and the ability to influence at all levels within a fast-paced,

Qualifications

10+ years HR experience in financial services, professional services, or tech environments with global workforces.
Experience driving strategic talent management initiatives and organizational effectiveness.
Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into clear HR strategies.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leadership to align talent strategy with business objectives, including organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
Lead disciplined talent and performance management processes, including talent reviews and succession planning.
Coach senior leaders to strengthen management capabilities in performance feedback and team optimization.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire exceptional talent through thoughtful role design and structured hiring.
Support high-quality onboarding experiences for new hires across teams.
Partner with Compensation to execute annual reviews and market-informed analyses.
Leverage data and analytics to identify talent trends and measure initiative impact.
Work with Employee Relations to address employee matters thoughtfully.
