Panera Bread is seeking a Director, HR Technology & Operations to lead the HR tech ecosystem and employee support across the Saint Louis Center. You will shape the HR technology strategy, governance, and execution, delivering scalable, employee-centric service delivery through Workday and related tools.

The role requires 10+ years in HR technology or HR operations, strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in data governance and analytics to drive workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; Workday certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year HR Technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business and people priorities.
• Lead HR Service Center organization to deliver scalable, high-quality support.
• Oversee Workday and the broader HR technology ecosystem.
• Partner with HR, IT, Security, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and external vendors.
• Establish governance, SLAs, release management, testing, and user adoption.
