Job summary

Simplify Compliance is seeking a Director of Research and Content to lead content strategy, research initiatives, and audience engagement for HR and talent executives.

As a trusted voice for the organization, you will champion insights across newsletters, research publications, certification programs, leadership councils, conferences, webinars, and other audience-facing channels. You will shape experiences that educate and inspire HR professionals and practitioners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR research, content creation, learning and development, or related areas.
• 1-3 years of experience managing or leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated content strategy across newsletters, research, events, learning, and digital channels.
• Create HR editorial content for newsletters, articles, and thought leadership.
• Translate research findings into compelling reports, white papers, articles, and webinars.
• Speak, moderate, and facilitate at conferences and webinars.
• Deliver HR certification and learning programs for practical application.
• Support Leadership Councils with agendas and content, and drive member engagement.
• Develop conference themes, agendas, and content strategies for HR professionals.
• Recruit and manage speakers and build relationships with HR practitioners and experts.
• Drive audience engagement through feedback and data to improve content and experiences.
• Lead teams with clear objectives, milestones, and accountability.
• Demonstrate ownership and execution, delivering results and pursuing improvements.
• Cultivate customer-centric relations and collaborate to achieve shared goals.
