Job summary

Simplify Compliance is seeking a Director of Research and Content to lead content strategy, research initiatives, and audience engagement for HR and talent executives. This role champions insights across newsletters, research publications, certification programs, leadership councils, conferences, webinars, and other channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in human capital space with specialization in HR research, content creation, talent management, learning and development, or strategic advisory.
• 1-3 years of experience managing or leading a team.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated content strategy across newsletters, research, events, learning and digital channels.
• Write and manage HR newsletters and articles, plus thought leadership and presentations.
• Analyze research and translate findings into reports, white papers, articles, and webinars.
• Represent the organization as a subject‑matter expert at conferences and webinars.
• Facilitate certification training and learning programs for HR professionals.
• Support Council Leads with agendas and content to engage members.
• Develop conference themes, agendas, and session topics for HR professionals.
• Identify and recruit HR practitioners and subject‑matter experts for content and events.
• Drive audience engagement using feedback and analytics to improve programs and communities.
• Lead a team with clear objectives and milestones.
