Responsibilities

• Develop Content Strategy: develop and execute an integrated strategy for HR content across channels.
• Create HR Editorial Content: write and manage newsletters, thought leadership, and articles.
• Create Research & Thought Leadership: translate findings into reports, white papers, and webinars.
• Speak, Moderate & Facilitate: represent the organization at conferences and webinars.
• Deliver HR Certification & Learning Programs: facilitate training and learning experiences.
• Develop Conference & Event Programming: themes, agendas, and content strategies.
• Recruit & Manage Speakers: identify and engage HR practitioners and experts.
• Drive Audience Engagement: use feedback and data to improve content and experiences.
• Team Leadership: lead a high-achieving, collaborative team.
