Defense Finance and Accounting Service in Indianapolis seeks a first line supervisor to manage day-to-day Recruitment and Placement services for DFAS customers. • Serves as a first line supervisor responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day activities of Recruitment and Placement services in support of DFAS customers.
• Leads review and audit of personnel actions to ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency policy.
• Provides advisory services to employees and managers on recruitment strategy, appointments, and movement of employees.
• Oversees special recruitment initiatives and strategies for long-term workforce planning.
• Performs supervisory duties including assignment review, training needs identification, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
