Job summary

Shriners Children’s Research Institute (SCRI) in Atlanta, GA seeks an HR Generalist to provide guidance on policies, recruitment, compensation, training, benefits, and employee relations. This on-site role partners with leaders to drive workforce planning and implement scalable HR programs within a growing research environment.

The successful candidate will lead full-cycle recruiting, foster an inclusive culture, and support investigations and workforce analytics for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 3+ years HR Generalist/Recruitment experience.
• PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop workforce strategies supporting SCRI’s growth.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for scientific, technical, administrative, and professional roles.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract specialized research talent.
• Build relationships with universities and industry partners for candidate pipelines.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Coach leaders on engagement, development, and conflict resolution.
• Support workforce planning, turnover analysis, and hiring trends.
