Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for scientific, technical, administrative, and professional positions.
• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract specialized talent.
• Partner with leaders to foster employee engagement, development, and retention.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate onboarding programs and support learning and career progression initiatives.
• Assist with workforce planning and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
