Job summary

The role requires senior-level consulting experience, ability to manage client relationships, and the mentoring of project teams. Travel may be required as part of client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR/Payroll transformation, consulting, or related experience.
• Experience with HR/Payroll systems (UKG, Dayforce, Workday, SAP/SuccessFactors).
• Ability to align transformation initiatives with business strategy and workforce trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR and Payroll transformation projects, including operating model assessments and system implementations.
• Develop future-state roadmaps, drive efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
• Design governance frameworks and drive continuous improvement across processes.
• Lead workshops on workforce transformation strategy and change management.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful technology integrations.
• Own milestones, ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
