Job summary

Samaritan Health Services is seeking an experienced HR Employee Relations professional to partner with executives and managers in developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with organizational goals.

The role involves advising on policies, guiding employees and managers, and leading complex investigations while coordinating with corporate HR. A strong emphasis on confidentiality, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Four (4) years of progressively responsible Human Resources or closely related experience, including two (2) years of exempt-level work, required.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification required within one (1) year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a strategic business partner and advisor to executives, managers, supervisors and employees on HR strategies and solutions.
• Serves as liaison between entity/departments and corporate HR functions and represents business unit needs in HR programs and policies.
• Provides consultative guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
• Leads complex investigations and supports ADAAA accommodations where applicable.
