Qualifications

Knowledge of Human Resources field, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, and compensation.

Responsibilities

Review unemployment claims and respond appropriately.
Partner with site leadership to address people issues and develop business solutions.
Assist with investigations and respond to government, legal, or internal employee relations matters.
Ensure legal compliance with local, state and federal employment laws to minimize risk.
