Responsibilities

• Support and lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts.
• Lead employee relations investigations and ensure policy compliance.
• Facilitate performance management cycles and development plans.
• Deliver HR training, coaching, and engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to benefits briefings and employee education.
