Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in human resources.
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations, guidelines, and laws.
• Experience in a long-term care facility, hospital, or medical facility preferred.
• Proficiency with Workday and an ATS.

Responsibilities

• Resolves HR policy questions from staff and location management with consistent practice.
• Develops or updates HR policies in collaboration with Corporate HR and communicates changes.
• Consults with location management on staffing, disciplinary actions, terminations.
• Oversees payroll changes, payroll registers, and labor budgeting.
• Coordinates open enrollment, onboarding, employee surveys, training and recognition programs.
