Job summary

One Senior Care Inc. seeks an HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner for assigned centers and operational leaders.

You’ll provide practical support in employee relations, leader coaching, recruiting, workforce planning, performance management, retention, engagement, and workplace culture. This role suits an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with leaders and employees, solving problems, and helping teams succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Four to five years of progressive HR leadership experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience working with the frail or elderly population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned locations.
• Build positive relationships with employees and leaders while encouraging open and respectful communication.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, documentation, and policy interpretation.
• Work with HR leadership on employee concerns, corrective actions, and workplace investigations.
• Monitor HR trends and key performance measures related to retention, recognition, engagement, and other people initiatives.
