Job summary

Greiner Bio-One is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in Monroe, US. This permanent role partners with site leadership to align HR and business strategy, coach managers, and drive organizational development in a manufacturing/medical device setting.

You will support performance processes, merit programs, benefits, and compliance with federal/state laws while collaborating with legal and HR peers to deliver proactive HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources required.
• Minimum 6–8 years in strategic HR leadership roles.
• Experience in manufacturing/medical device environment preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leadership to coach and guide organizational development.
• Align HR strategy with business strategy and lead change initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, merit and bonus processes, and benefits enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with EEO, FLSA, OSHA, and other laws; support talent acquisition and litigation matters.
