Job summary

You will handle onboarding, employee relations, policy alignment, and facilities coordination to keep the office running smoothly. The role requires 5+ years in HR, strong project management, and the ability to navigate government contracting environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field OR 5 years’ HR generalist experience incl. project management.
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles with a track record of implementing HR initiatives.
• 2+ years in a government contracting environment, defense or aerospace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal advisor to company leadership on all HR matters and regulatory compliance.
• Align ARM policies, forms, and HR practices with company standards and employee handbook.
• Administer onboarding, offboarding, changes, and personnel files.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts and strategies to hire and retain talent.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and reporting.
