Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• PHR certification is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a Human Resources management role.
• Demonstrable knowledge of state and federal labor laws, FMLA, OSHA, and COBRA.
• Must have prior recruitment and employee onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: source, interview, onboard candidates via ATS and track open positions.
• Onboarding & Training: complete new hire paperwork, scheduling, and orientation.
• Administrative: maintain regulatory docs, personnel records, and HR policies.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: data entry, benefits enrollment, and payroll support.
• Unemployment & Workers' Compensation: respond to claims and coordinate with payroll.
• Employee Relations & General: enforce policies, manage performance, and foster culture.
