Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for business and report performance to senior leadership
• Stitch together Applicant Tracking Systems and Employer Branding workflows that used to run on email
• Run discovery with KY operators to find what the data won't show
• Catch the feedback-driven risk in a contract before legal even opens it
• Build financial models that forecast revenue, margin, and cash flow
• Build the financial case for hiring before the business team drowns
• Pull the KY field team's reality into the planning room
• Sit between Communication and Talent Management teams as the person who makes the call
