Responsibilities

• Manage employment compliance, risk management, policies, and employee handbook.
• Address employee complaints, investigations, and wage-and-hour issues.
• Facilitate performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and HR administration.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation, safety, and training programs.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
