Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools (e.g., ADP).

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee development.
• Develop and update HR policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Advising management on HR-related matters including conflict resolution and workforce planning.
• Drive engagement initiatives and DEI programs to foster an inclusive culture.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare leadership reports for improvement opportunities.
• Oversee employee relations and timely handling of workplace issues and grievances.
• Coordinate with external vendors and legal counsel to support HR operations.
