Job summary

Space Systems Command at Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA seeks an HR Liaison to support SSC/S37 (NH-0343-03, GS-12/13 Equivalent) in a term position not to exceed 3 years. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, workforce actions, and development programs across the S&E workforce.

The incumbent collaborates with S&E leadership, hiring managers, and civilian HR offices to ensure timely, compliant personnel actions and workforce planning. Telework is available in eligible cases.

Qualifications

• The candidate will support the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel actions, and workforce programs.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary S&E functional liaison for civilian hiring and personnel actions, coordinating with hiring managers and HR offices.
• Reviews civilian hiring packages for completeness and accuracy and guides documentation and actions.
• Develops and coordinates PRDs and supporting position documentation for classification or personnel actions.
• Supports APDP adjudication and other acquisition workforce requirements.
• Coordinates S&E Civilian Development (CD) packages and career development submissions.
