STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS (SSP) in Washington Navy Yard, DC, seeks a Workforce Relations Specialist (LER) in the Human Resources Office. The NH-3 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13.

You will provide expert employee relations support to assigned organizations, advising employees, managers, and supervisors on conduct, performance, attendance, discipline, adverse actions, grievances, recognition, counseling, and dispute resolution.
