Job summary

The role focuses on competency development, acquisition professional development, training, mentoring, and career progression, advising SSC leadership and partnering with training organizations to meet mission needs.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Top-secret clearance required.
• ABET-accredited degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience in workforce development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements S&E workforce programs.
• Advises SSC leadership on development and career paths.
• Coordinates APDP requirements across the SSC S&E workforce.
• Collaborates with training partners and GSUs.
