Job summary

Parker Hannifin's Quick Coupling Division seeks an HR Leader to partner with business leaders across talent, performance, engagement, and workforce planning. The role oversees recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, compensation, benefits, HR reporting, and policy administration.

You will guide the HR team, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with EH&S, and drive inclusion initiatives while using HR data to improve business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advise functional leaders on talent, performance, and engagement strategies.
• Mentor HR team members and prioritize operational tasks.
• Manage talent acquisition processes and structured interviewing.
• Oversee screening, onboarding, and compliance with policies.
• Lead complex employee relations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate HR programs across the site with EH&S collaboration.
