AVANGRID MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC. is seeking a Director of People Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders.

This role drives the people agenda, aligns HR delivery with the company strategy, and partners across HR functions to enable business performance. The ideal candidate will lead change initiatives, design organizational structures, and manage key HR projects while building trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience.
• 3+ years in an HR Generalist/Consultant role.
• 2+ years in an HR Center of Excellence.
• Experience leading teams and delivering through others.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level consulting and problem diagnosis aligned with business goals.
• Support delivery of HR plans and strategic business initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Relations teams.
• Coach leaders on complex people challenges across the business.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning efforts.
• Manage HR projects, change initiatives, and timelines.
