AVANGRID MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC. is seeking a Director – People Business Partner to lead HR strategy and consulting across business units. You will advise senior leaders, shape people programs, and ensure execution of the company’s priorities while delivering excellent HR services.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training, Compensation and Benefits to drive workforce plans, organizational design, and change initiatives in a fast-paced energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of HR experience.
• 3+ years in HR Generalist/Consultant role.
• 2+ years in HR Center of Excellence such as Talent Management or Employee Relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level consulting, diagnose problems, and develop solutions aligned to business goals.
• Leverage data insights to understand drivers of business performance.
• Support delivery of HR plans and strategic business plans; identify areas for future focus.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training, Compensation, Benefits, ER, LR, Health & Safety.
• Coach people leaders on complex, sensitive HR issues.
• Design and implement organizational structures and run HR BAU activities.
• Partner with internal HR teams to execute workforce plans and transformations.
• Lead change initiatives leveraging change management expertise.
• Identify pragmatic, win-win solutions amidst differing views.
