Job summary

Lavelle Industries Inc. in Burlington, WI is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations on-site at our Burlington facility with multi-location oversight. You will partner with leadership to manage recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, compliance and workforce planning.

You will foster a positive culture, ensure compliance with federal and Wisconsin laws, and drive talent initiatives to support operational goals across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 7–10 years HR experience; 3–5 years leadership or management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paylocity) and Microsoft applications.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance requirements and employment law.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Lead HR functions across multiple locations.
• Oversee payroll administration, compensation and benefits.
• Drive recruitment and workforce planning; develop recruiting strategies.
