Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or related field, with at least 5 years of human resource management experience.
• HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop organizational competency: conducts needs assessments and workforce planning.
• Lead local compensation program and wage surveys for competitive plans.
• Support HR initiatives to position Hydro as a preferred employer.
• Manage recruitment at plant level with strategies to secure engagement and reduce turnover.
• Develop onboarding, career-path and succession programs; conduct stay/exit interviews.
• Provide HR consultation to operations leadership on work environment and satisfaction.
