Job summary

Georgia-Pacific seeks an HR Manager for our Toledo, OR containerboard mill. You will partner with site leaders to drive culture, development, and workforce effectiveness while guiding HR strategy and compliance. Relocation to Toledo area is expected for the right candidate.

Lead talent planning, coaching, and data-driven HR initiatives to enable business results. Emphasis on continuous improvement, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration across GP's network.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking to influence outcomes in HR initiatives.
• Ability to implement HR changes across manufacturing/site teams.
• Proven relationship-building with stakeholders and leaders.
• Coaching skills and knowledge sharing across teams.

• Partner with capabilities teams to improve talent attraction and retention.
• Identify HR compliance risks and address gaps with systematic controls.
• Promote standardization and waste reduction in HR practices.
