Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Human Resources Leader, North America, Innovative Medicine, supporting Immunology Medical Affairs, based in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ. The role partners with leaders to shape talent and culture in alignment with business goals.

You will drive organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership coaching, while collaborating across the OneHR model to optimize workforce effectiveness and performance across the Immunology unit.

Qualifications

• This position will be located in Horsham, PA or Titusville NJ and require 10% travel.
• Years of experience 5+ years’ professional experience required; minimum of 2 years of HR or HR-related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design efforts to position business for the future.
• Execute workforce planning aligned with overall business strategy to ensure the function is properly resourced.
• Develop talent strategies to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent, including succession planning.
• Coach leaders and teams to improve leadership impact and team effectiveness.
• Partner with OneHR to deliver talent strategies across the organization.
