The role focuses on developing leaders, building the org structure, and delivering impactful people strategies across ADS. A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in HR are preferred for this senior position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, marketing and other leaders to align people programs with business priorities.
• Lead talent planning and succession readiness.
• Drive change communication and ensure leaders understand the why behind decisions.
• Oversee compensation programs to drive desired behaviors and profitability.
• Develop leadership and organizational plans to achieve goals.
• Lead annual culture surveys and respond to feedback.
• Mentor leaders and manage a direct report initially.
