Job summary

All Native Shared Services in Arlington, VA seeks a Human Resources Generalist - Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and employee relations, supporting federal contracting staffing initiatives.

Must have 3–7 years in sourcing or recruiting, 2+ years in federal contracting recruitment, and BA/BS. Top Secret clearance is a preferred requirement with US citizenship. Expect a full-time schedule with local travel and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years federal contracting recruitment preferred.
• BA or BS degree preferred.
• Professional recruiting certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Executes full-cycle recruiting tasks with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Employee Relations: Advises partners and employees to resolve workplace issues.
• Pipeline Development: Builds pipelines through events and diverse sourcing channels.
• Candidate Management: Screens candidates and guides offers and acceptance.
• Reporting & Analytics: Maintains data in ATS for analysis and tracking.
• Strategy & Collaboration: Leads scoping discussions to start searches and keep projects moving.
