Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP and employee relations.
• 3+ years leading an HRBP team or function.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing HRBP team toward strategic advisory.
• Redesign the HRBP operating model to align with growth and complexity.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to align strategy and execution.
• Advise senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
• Own the people side of acquisitions and integrations, including due diligence and post‑close alignment.
• Drive adoption of enterprise HR technology and data literacy.
