You will partner with senior leadership and ADA to align HR programs with AFI’s mission, cultivate an inclusive workplace, and oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; equivalent combination considered.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Strong advisory experience to managers and senior leaders on employee relations, performance management, and employment matters.
• Knowledge of federal and Massachusetts employment laws and HR compliance.
