Nexstar is seeking a Human Resources Director to provide strategic and operational HR leadership across multiple locations. You will drive performance management, organizational development, employee and labor relations, and policy design in a fast-paced environment, supporting about 1,800 employees (union and non-union).

The role can be based in Irving or any Nexstar market with a full-time newsroom. You will partner with business units to align HR with Nexstar's strategy and lead critical HR

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IR, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership across multiple locations.
• Experience supporting managers in fast-paced organizations.
• Union environment experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades
