Bausch + Lomb in Greenville, SC leads our global HR strategy for a manufacturing facility and the Lynchburg, VA distribution center. The HR Director collaborates with site leadership to shape people strategies that support safety, quality, engagement, and business performance.

The role requires extensive manufacturing HR experience, change management, and deep knowledge of employment laws, with a focus on continuous improvement and lean practices.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience leading HR teams and improving operational performance.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as senior HR leader for Greenville Plant and Lynchburg DC.
• Partner with site leadership to develop people strategies that support safety, quality, engagement and performance.
• Lead workforce planning and recruitment strategies for manufacturing, technical, quality, engineering, and leadership roles.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while fostering a culture aligned with quality and continuous improvement.
• Drive employee engagement and retention, balancing strategic partnership with operational execution.
