Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Director, Human Resources - HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support to U.S. commercial leaders.

This hybrid, Bridgewater, NJ role reports to the VP of HR and oversees talent, engagement, performance, rewards, succession, and employee relations. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR, experience with medical devices or pharma, strong communication, analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive HR initiatives aligned to business

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience in a global healthcare organization.
• Experience supporting a commercial organization in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to drive HR strategy aligned with business.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement talent strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent.
• Guide leaders through talent movement and organizational design decisions.
• Coach leaders to maximize team effectiveness and resolve issues.
• Support performance management and compensation cycles.
• Communicate effectively across all levels and drive change initiatives.
• Identify trends with HR leaders to improve engagement and leadership effectiveness.
• Leverage AI insights to inform talent priorities.
