Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, accounting or related field required.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing people strategies and translating them into actionable HR initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to assess workforce needs and maintain current job descriptions.
• Lead recruiting efforts for experienced professionals and campus hiring for entry-level roles.
• Oversee performance reviews and guide leaders in expectations and development.
• Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, total rewards and employment separations.
• Administer onboarding, orientation and collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, IT and Marketing.
• Implement HR policies and ensure regional compliance and data integrity.
• Maintain electronic personnel files and safeguard confidential information.
• Collaborate with HR team to improve policies and service delivery.
