Duininck Golf, a leader in golf course development, seeks a Director of Human Resources to shape our people strategy and culture. This senior role partners with executive leadership and the field to engage, support, and align our workforce with business objectives across sites.

Based in Delano, MN with travel to job sites nationwide, you will drive HR programs, staffing strategies, onboarding, leadership development, and compliance while fostering a safe, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years HR/management experience.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop HR strategies aligned to goals.
• Forecast workforce needs using data and insights.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Advise on employee relations, culture, and leadership effectiveness.
• Support training and leadership development.
• Ensure HR policies are compliant and documented.
