Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations with fair application.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
