This is a hands-on, trusted advisory role requiring integrity and confidentiality. The role emphasizes employee relations, talent acquisition, succession planning, and HR compliance while maintaining Porter’s culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience advising senior leaders on complex employee and organizational issues.
• SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate people and culture strategy into effective HR programs and practices.
• Lead HR team with clear expectations and professional growth.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, performance, and discipline.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational needs.
