Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.

• Education from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; foreign education reviewed as needed.
• Experience alignment between degree and practical analytics work is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision and execution for HR analytical tool development and deployment.
• Design and implement workforce predictive and analytical tools.
• Develop scalable automated reporting pipelines, dashboards, and platforms for strategic recommendations.
• Conduct comprehensive workforce planning studies including position management and strategy development.
• Leverage predictive, prescriptive, and diagnostic analytics to forecast trends and simulate policy impacts.
• Provide expert guidance on data governance, ethics, and analytical best practices for federal compliance.
• Collaborate with DOE stakeholders across Human Capital and PMAs to identify analytical techniques.
