Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or a related field, with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree.
• Understanding and application of HR principles, policies and practices.
• Proficient verbal and written communication with demonstrated ability to influence others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serves as a strategic partner and consultant to internal customers and stakeholders across HR disciplines.
• Establishing intimate understanding of the business; build relationships with client leadership and partner with COEs, finance, and P&L organizations.
• Supporting HR colleagues in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and organizational effectiveness.
• Identifying trends and risks; proposing data-driven solutions with division and matrix leadership.
• Advising leadership on talent acquisition, assessment, development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Managing multiple HR projects and coordinating onboarding for the site.
