The HR Business Partner role offers a hands-on opportunity to influence strategy and drive people initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 7+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner, consultative, or HR leadership role.
• Experience coaching, consultation, and strategic guidance to senior and executive leadership on complex HR, organizational, and business matters.
• Knowledge of employee relations and employment practices, including policy development, investigations, risk mitigation, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with business leaders, managers, and employees to strengthen engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, risk assessment, and providing recommendations to leadership.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify themes and develop data-driven recommendations; prepare executive reports.
• Drive performance management processes, including manager training, calibration, and corrective action reviews.
• Partner with leaders to design and implement talent management and organizational development initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between business units and Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
