TOMRA is seeking a people-first HR professional to step into a hands-on, strategic Human Resources Business Partner role across North America. You will influence decisions, partner with leaders, and shape the people agenda to help teams and the business thrive.

You’ll balance strategic thinking with execution, partnering with leaders on performance, talent, organizational change, and workforce planning. Travel domestically and internationally may be required as part of broader scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, including roles such as HR Advisor, Senior Advisor or Business Partner.
• Proven success designing and implementing change and people-related processes.
• In-depth knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Strong relationship-building skills with ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally; valid passport and unrestricted driving license.
• Capability to carry out occasional physical tasks (lifting up to 10 lbs, sitting for long periods).

Responsabilités

• Build a deep understanding of assigned business areas, objectives and people trends.
• Provide timely, consistent advice and coaching to leaders on performance, onboarding, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and engagement.
• Collaborate with managers to shape people strategies and ensure sustainable solutions.
• Lead initiatives that create a positive employee experience and drive engagement.
• Analyze workforce capability needs and support organizational planning and transformation.
• Support designing practical people solutions with the Employee Experience team and ensure consistent processes.
• Lead or contribute to global projects, templates and frameworks across regions.
• Handle local HR matters, including policy interpretation and benefits administration.
