Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field; ~5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong hands-on experience across payroll, LOA/FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, employee relations, performance management and investigations.
• Demonstrated employee/labor relations experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Proven ability to own HR metrics/KPIs and drive improvement actions.
• Progression beyond transactional HR with cross-functional partnership experience.
• Leadership and change-management capabilities across hourly, professional and leadership populations.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day HR programs and employee lifecycle activities including payroll, leaves of absence, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, attendance, benefits support, and HR compliance.
• Serve as trusted HR partner, guiding employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation and investigations.
• Support labor relations and partner with site leadership to address workforce issues and maintain productive relationships in a manufacturing environment.
• Own and analyze HR KPIs and workforce metrics, translating data into improvement plans to boost retention, attendance, engagement, and productivity.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and people strategies for short- and long-term objectives.
• Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, driving process improvements and HR effectiveness.
• Develop toward broader HR Manager responsibility with strategic HR leadership, business planning, and organizational effectiveness.
