Job summary

Kingman Healthcare in Kingman, AZ, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support designated business units across employee relations, performance management, policies, and engagement. This role partners with leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

You will investigate issues, coach managers, implement training, and analyze turnover and workforce data to drive retention and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in HR in addition to above degree; or Five (5) years of experience as an HR Business Partner, Associate HRBP, or Generalist in lieu of degree.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Supports HR across designated business units including employee relations, performance management, policies, and engagement.
• Investigates policy and employment law violations and guides leadership on corrective action.
• Provides coaching to management and career development advice; collaborates with Total Rewards/Talent Acquisition.
• Analyzes turnover and workforce data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Develops and revises position descriptions to ensure compliance with laws and licensing.
