Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate insurance claims from first report through final resolution.
• Analyze loss trends and advance risk mitigation across MDHA's portfolio.
• Build dashboards and reports to guide leadership decisions.
• Support HUD compliance work including HAP and subsidy reviews.
